I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. "We were surprised to discover that the tank was half full of heating oil. The guys from Flow Line handled this well, and removed the 137 gallons of oil so they could move the tank. We paid them extra for that, and also for them to haul away the cast iron furnace which weighed hundreds of pounds. Their attitude was positive throughout, and their work was excellent."

"Zach diagnosed the problem immediately: a burned out pilot assembly. He attempted to find a replacement part with the information he had at hand, but was unable to do so. He asked me to contact the manufacturer and order the correct part. The manufacturer gave me the part number but would not sell the part to me, a homeowner. So, it took a week for Zach to get the part, then he installed it immediately. Great service!"
