Did a great job

iWe were told the project would take 2-3 weeks. It took 7 weeks. Cabinets were improperly installed so that the cabinet doors hit the wall. No apologies, just that they could install bumper guards. The cabinets were not inspected by the workers prior to instillation, some doors were cracked, chipped or incorrectly stained. We discussed ordering factory treated shower glass, but when it came it was not treated. We were first told it was an office error then later told they weren't aware of a factory treatment. The shower door leaks, as the sweep was installed wrong. The valve for the hand held shower doesn't work, they either reversed hot and cold water, or installed the valve wrong. The mirror was to be beveled, it came unbeveled. We declined that mirror. The workers showed up when they felt like it. some days they didn't bother. We didn't receive calls, we had to call them. I could go on and on, but, I think you get the idea. This company has no right to call themselves LUXURY. Oh, we have hired others to fix their mistakes.

I was very pleased with the quality of work done on my bathroom... tile and paint looks great, and they guys worked tirelessly to make it all happen! Can't wait to get started on my daughter's bathroom! I will definitely call Raz and his guys out for the second time around.

Raz was professional in his approach. Price was reasonable. Job was completed on time in a clean, neat and professional manner. Rating or 5 stars out if 5 stars would be appropriate except for my feeling that all bath tub enclosure/ shower enclosures are over priced. I would recommend Bath Center of Seattle highly.

Wasn't ready for the sale pitch angle, but decided that they offer what I'm looking for.

DID not remove caulking from tub edge,no effortmade to prevent dust from spreading thru house. Btw procedures staff used living room furniture to 'wait out' spreading the dust from their clothing onto upholstery,also lax prep resulted in some over spray failed to prefill a chip in tub surface prior to resurfacing DID not involve me in making choice of color to match other whites in room of tile and sink No f/u phone call received to assess if staff performed well I would recommend them but only if patron ensures above done to ensure optimal quality while minimizing work of the patron. job=$400/4 hr, needs F/u visit next day

Bath Center used a sub contractor & he was very slow, I'm not complaining as they were great & I would use them again. The only slowdown was the original job was bigger than they thought & used the sub contractor because of framing that was required.

The manager of our project left the company and the transition to a new one has not been smooth to say the least. However they are currently working on the project and have made a real effort to communicate after a rocky start.
