I was supposed to have concrete, polished floors on my first floor that didn't turn out and looked horrible. Bob and his crew came out and brought many samples for me to look at to Epoxy my floors. They were respectful and kind. They provided an estimate when they said they would we set a date and they showed up on time and completed on time. My floors look amazing. I am so incredibly happy with them. They are gorgeous and I wish I had known about Durf's Epoxy before we went through the concrete floor nightmare. I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional, prompt, and the work is incredibly top-notch!"

The 6-person crew showed up on time and got the job done in 3 days as promised, including moving my garage door up to accommodate the higher slab. The crew demonstrated Covid-safe practices and though several are cigarette smokers, they kept cigs away from the garage and did not leave a single butt behind. Their finish work is nice, blends well with existing walkways & driveway. My garage is now usable: dry and with a smooth, well-poured floor and apron. "Replaced my roof.  I have a large roof because I have a one story home with over 2100 square feet (not including the two car garage).  I took advantage of the Big Deal and because of that I was able to get a roof with a little better quality roof with 50 year warranty for the same price as 30 year warranty roofs. I also had them replace three sky lights.   I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because I had to email a couple of times to nail down a date for them to complete.  I'm still waiting for one of my sky lights and I haven't heard from him for a couple of weeks.

|Thank you for the big deal because although I have had a little frustration it is well worth it.  They completed the roof in 2 days and that is saying something during the winter and a large roof.  They cleaned up really well and I have already given them a reference to my Mom which I wouldn't do if I didn't think they were fair and didn't do a good job."

"I was not wild about them. It took me a long time to get hold of them and when they did send someone back they sent a couple of young guys. I had a handyman come out finish the work because I only had a couple of hours that I had bought and they weren’t finished. I understand that they had to leave the room and not finish painting it. I had a handyman coupon and so he painted it; he did a much better job than they did. I remember asking them to wash the wall and usual they wash the wall with a solution but they just picked up a wet rag and wiped it down. I just don’t know what they have done in one of the rooms because I did not say anything at the time. They just used masking tape on the woodwork and the paint can come through with the masking tape; it was not a good tape that they had used. They did not use the painters tape but just a masking tape. I had some good tape that I would have given them but I did not realize the tape that they were using so I did get a little paint on my woodwork. The guys that came out they were okay because they got to work and did not fool around but technically they were a little off. The paint looks okay."
