He came over that same day and sent us a bid the very next day. "Chris was referred to me from a friend who he done work for. We were under tight time frame to get facia repaired from Home inspection to close sale on the house. Chris went to the house sent pictures of work needed to be done and provided a quote that evening that was lower than 2 others. Did the work on Labor day ,9/4/23 in one day and did the job correctly, replacing sheet of plywood and new roofing plus facia, trim and painting. Sent me pictures of final work.
