I had multiple nests of wasps in the ground in my pastures and around the barn. My horses were getting stung, so I called Jim who was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and was very professional. The application he used is supposed to be affective within 24 to 48 hours, and by eight hours there was a noticeable decrease in activity around the nests.

James McCafferty took my money and told me if you see any more ants just call me and i will come back and spray again the next few days i still had some ants. I called James and he said give it a week . I did, week later still had ants, so i called and made an appointment for him to come spray again. He shows up both time with his son and acted as if i were to get out the milk and cookies. when he arrived he was ready to leave winning about his son having to wait in his truck. I mentioned it was not my fault he had to have his son with him. As i was explaining where was seeing small ants and he started to walk away. i assumed he was going back to his truck to prepare to spray. I walked out to show him where i had been seeing more ants and he was driving away. All this after I changed my schedule to accommodate his time window , i put my dogs in the house, closed up all the windows , and moved 2 cars to make it easier for him to get closer AND HE JUST DROVEAWAY. i called him and asked why he drove away and he told me he did not see any ants. HE TOTALALY RIPPED ME OFF and WASTED MYTIME . i WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS Business TO ANYONE. I AND YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB WITH 1$10 bottle of concentrated bug killer and a 2 GAL. PUMP SPRAYER and do it your self. MUST OF HAD HIS FRIENDS WRITE REVIEWS FOR HIM BECAUSE HE IS DEFINITLY A LYER AND A LOOSE CANNON.

This was an inspection of our crawl space for possible termite/ carpenter ant activity. They were very thorough and professional, and were not rushed. Price was excellent.

These are caring and professional service providers who listen to your issues. I was beside myself dealing with a sick cat, a dog, and a flea infestation. Treating both pets with flea meds was not enough. Mid Columbia s response was quick, and they made a point of fitting me into their schedule. I left home for a few hours to bath both cat and dog. And came back to an odor and flea free home. Today I woke to no fleas.

James responded quickly, arrived early to our appointment and tackled our situation immediately. He's personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and gave very good price for the job we wanted him to do. We've scheduled quarterly inspections with him now and are relieved that he's our go-to guy.

Arrived on time, actually a little early. Unlike Terminix that never showed up. New what he was talking about and did a great job at a great price.

We had a very stubborn ant invasion and it required more than one visit, but James was quick to come out again at no charge - even went the extra mile with some branches that were an ant highway. I would definitely recommend him.
