We are a family run business, we are 4th & 5th generation contractors. I first received my Oregon general contractors license in 1978. Today, we specialize in providing design build services for remodeling residential and commercial buildings. Our skill set is framed in meeting the needs of our customers with a focus on troubleshooting problems and recommending specific solutions. We self perform some carpentry related tasks and have long standing relationships with many specialty contractors in our area. We always rely on licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians to do specialty work. We are well equipped to handle all building permitting requirements and ensuring all the proper inspections are completed as occasion requires. The then failed to show backup on the job for five plus scheduled dates. It finally got to the point that the company stoped calling to say they were not coming. The self leveler had pit holes through out the area it was poured and they failed to even try to smooth it out. All of the self leveler had to be grinded off of the porch and repoured. This contractor is a total joke. He then kept a large percentage of the 50 percent down. He talks about his contract that he does not comply with, they will tell you what you want to hear until they get the 50 percent in there hands and when they fail to show and make a mess they believe they should be able to keep the money. This post is in response to a previous post that he responded to.Do not believe a word he tells you. My next step is the CCB."
