Calob is exceptional to work with! He cares about customer service and went out of his way to see that I was satisfied! He even returned to my job site to assist with raising one of the sprinkler heads that had sunk too low for good water coverage.

Caleb was responsive, bid the job and was able to schedule the work quickly. Work was performed well and Caleb reviewed with me, was able to correct a minor concern. Diligence was reasonable in price and is sincere in wanting the customer to be happy, that's great!

My main compliant is the contractor was not always responsive to my requests. He was very pleasant when we talked and discussed the work. The plans were not computer generated. I made that assumption, which was my fault. I asked for cost estimates on the fencing and did not receive them.

I'm thrilled with the final result. A huge improvement in my quality of life this summer! Also a wonderful entertaining space for my tiny house. Overall, pricing was fair -- near the midpoint for what I found online for cost per sq foot. A few extras that came up during the project added over $1k, and communication on those items was poor. Value and quality of plants and trees *far* exceeded my expectations. Caleb went above and beyond finding great items. Project started & ended on time. It was important to me that it was complete before I had houseguests in late spring, and that worked out great.

I'm thrilled with the end result. I live in my yard -- every morning/evening/weekend, and lots of entertaining. Pricing was near midpoint of prices I found online for cost per square foot. Value & quality of plants & trees was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. Extra costs that weren't in original contract exceeded what I expected by >$1000, and I would have preferred clearer communication on those items. Project started & ended on time. It was important to me that the work be completed before I had visitors in early summer, and that worked out great.

First off the Project went Great with out any problems at all. Everything from start to finish was Excellent. True Professional Attitude and Work Performed. The Work of digging dirt out on a slope and refilling it with stone was not an easy chore in the rain but they did an AWSOME Job. My husband was Very Impressed and Happy with it, that says it all right there ;) Caleb and his worker was non-stop working and so committed to getting it all straight and Perfect. We are calling him back on another project ,we started but husband said let them finish the patio bc they are so fast and good. Everything they have done for us Husband says is worth the money and time. We will continue to hire him for any job we may have in the future. Thanks Caleb & crew :)

We Can't Say enough about this landscaper being GREAT. They returned our calls Fast & Professionally. we weren't sure if they would come to another town to help us but They Did. Everything they said would happen ,did happen:  like Pavers being delivered and they all were on time each morning. They worked so hard in the heat w/o many breaks at all. They dug a Straight line about 2 feet in dirt next to our fence, Put drainage  gravel down and laid Big retaining blocks down 2 rolls high. ( Just as we wanted done). It looks great and we are having them come back to do the front now. It all took 2-3 days for the whole back property line. The men that did it was quite & Very Polite at all times. It was a Joy to do business with them All. Thank You Caleb & Crew :) We Would Highly Recommend them Anytime. They are" Our Go to Men" Now , I have tried other landscapers but None compare to Deligence Landscapers. Btw Maybe our next project will be a Beautiful Rock Waterfall Someday, I've seen their work on them also. Awsome!!!

Once contractor arrived, he took a pic of how our yard with his tablet as it currently was. In a matter of minutes he had a few ideas mapped out on his tablet and we got to see what our yard might look like with his ideas. With in the day we had our estimate and the final pic of what the yard would look like when finished

/caleb did not show up for the first apt.  He eventually came, was very personable, gave good suggestions, listened to me and my ideas. I liked his suggestions. However, I feel I cannot afford his suggestions at this time.  One of them concerned a pond. His ideas were good, but the estimate was very expensive.  Now, I still don't know what to do for the time being.

He charged me $350 for a complete design for my front and back yards.  He said it would take about three weeks to do the design and get it to me.  It has been five and a half weeks and I haven't heard from him.
I'm not happy.
