Rick came out and gave me all the information I needed to purchase a roof. He also was able to make it affordable

The salesman was so nice Towards the beginning of all the conversation, this was on a Tuesday afternoon I told him I had another one coming in to give me a quote on Friday, then the car Salesman attitude comes through with ,±¡¹well I can't promise you this price tomorrow blah blah blah blah blah so I agreed to it but I felt very pushed I liked to have Several quotes to compare I have nothing to compare this roof rehab. That's my biggest complaint when he came back a few days later for me to sign the actual loan papers (he was short and very brisk) I said where's my copy oh I'll get it emailed to you I said okay I waited and waited and they called to let me know when the roofers were gonna be here I ask him again I'll get right on that I waited and waited again+. I called the office yesterday but got quite a run round to different people nobody could answer me we'll get right back to you. Just got off the phone with the1 company and they finally sent me the copies if I can+ download I don't know anyway I'm not a very happy camper I'm an old lady and I don't like to be pushed and that's what it felt like I was. It would be nice if the people who are doing my roof could speak english but they don't seem to be able to. That's all for now.

We were approached by Cal for a new roof and while I know its DEFINITELY due, I am not middle-class in any capacity. Cal was able to work with us within our budget to a reasonable price (for us). From what I've seen the quality of their work is amazing and I would look forward to getting a roof done by them. However, the home is now at risk of Medicaid Estate Recovery as its owned by my grandmother, and I called as soon as I knew to let them know we wouldn't be able to go through with the project. I would've preferred to cancel entirely and retrieve the deposit but they have been able to put the project on pause until further notice without a time limit, giving us time to figure out what is going to happen with the home. I greatly appreciate this generosity.

The installers were so nice and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards so well, that you didn't even know they were there. We recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Their customer service was excellent. A representative came to the house and spent a good amount of time explaining how they would install the new roof and what materials they would use. We were able to pick out the roofing we wanted. We agreed on price and installation date. Construction went smoothly and timely. They cleaned up after the construction was finished and we are happy with our new roof. We would hire them again.

Salesman was on time and poliite. The communication was excellent and the installation went smoothly. The job was delayed by a few days but there was clear communication. There was also a misunderstanding between the sales team and the installations team but Weatherbuilt sent out a manager to make it right. I would recommend this company. Price was just as quoted

Craig, the Weather Built Homes roofing salesman, is a very polite, knowledgeable, and likable, person. He came to my home to give me a bid on replacing the roofing. He was thorough. He went up to my attic, he took pictures of the underboards. He told me that because the boards were close enough together, I would not need a plywood under-sheeting under the composite shingles. I requested when he did the bid, that he do one with and one without the plywood. I had other bids with plywood under-sheeting. I thought it best to compare if I needed the plywood after they got a better look. Craig convinced me I did not need the plywood, by showing several photos he took. He only did a bid without the plywood. The bid was a few thousand less than the highest bid, that one included plywood, they just required it. I thought ok, I could save a couple thousand, plywood must be a few thousand. Well after my existing shingles were torn off, Craig showed and told me I needed plywood costing several thousand more. Rain was predicted the next day, what could I do. After the plywood was added, the roof cost seven thousand more than Craigs bid, after they reduced it by $1,500. The job cost me $5000 more than the highest bid I got from a reputable company and that bid included the plywood. Craig was very nice all through the project. He came out after it was done at my request to explain a few things I had questions about and to inspect the completed roof. Both bids included gutter replacement. It appears to be a good roof and good gutters, it just cost me $5000 more.

The crew was the best. One day to take off 4 layers of old roofing, and one day to put the new, and beautiful roof back on. They were very efficient, and cleaned up the yard, and swept the entire driveway.

Job went well, courteous people and the job was done on time. The coordinator Lauren W was amazing to work with and a very good communicator.

I had my roof replaced and my siding replaced with stone. The crew did a great job, was very processional and made sure I was satisfied. Kyle at Accountable Siding was fantastic. I can not say enough good things about Brian and RJ. They were with me every step of the way from start to finish. Thank you Weather Built. The worry and concerns I had about siding replacementband roof leaks are gone for good. And my curb appeal shot up! Have the best looking house in the neighborhood.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and their work. It really improved the value of my house.
