"Horrible experience. They measured the windows incorrectly and ruined my window casings on the installation. Skylight was broken at installation and they blamed it on us. We did not install it. Communication is very poor. Email only and then they forget you entirely. We paid at the ordering phase and they said they did not deal with skylights two months later. In fact, they found our skylight was in their warehouse after we showed the receipt that it was paid for. Eventually, they did refund the amount of the skylight after a long drawn out argument about it being broken on installation. Our window casings were repaired by their installer on his own time out of his own pocket. He notified us that he promptly quit after our job. Do not, under any circumstance use this company for your windows"
