Chuck is a really nice and dependable guy to work for you. He first came here when I wanted a programmable thermostat put in. He came in the morning at the time we decided on and wired it all in, he said can you program it? I said sure. But he ended up programming most of it for me. Then explained what didn't get done, like times to come on and to change temp etc. Things only I would be aware of.
 Then one afternoon in the summer of 2013 my heat pump went out, he came & checked it all out, I was hoping it wasn't going to be much, but he said it was 23 years old and had done all the work it would do. So he shopped around to find a good new heat pump with a good price. Didn't just work the 9-5 thing, he worked until he had it installed and working right. He even checked out my heater inside to make sure it was running the best it could. Did the whole maintenance checkup on it. THEN he found someone that would come and haul off my OLD heat pump for no charge.
I would recommend Chuck at Pac West to anyone. He is the best and the MAIN THING I want to express in my statement here is that he is HONEST.
