"I interviewed a few contractors to completely remodel my kitchen before choosing Millspaugh Maintenance Engineering because of the previous internet reviews and their CCB records. Their estimates were inline with the others, but the pictures of the cabinets were better. My galley kitchen had soffits to be removed to expand the cabinets to the ceiling. This was complicated because of wires and pipes. Millspaugh has grouped up with very good plumbers, electricians, and a superb cabinet maker. My wife wanted fancier cabinet doors than normal, and they found the perfect style. IMPORTANT note for any contractor: we had very good communications with Millspaugh and their sub-contractors and they kept to the schedule. The prices were similar to what was quoted. I will be using them next year for remodeling the bathrooms and other projects."

"From the very beginning stages of calling for estimates to the final walk through, Chris and his team were very customer focused and really aimed to please. Chris came out for an estimate in a few days after the call and provided the estimate electronically a few days after the home visit. We were having some trees removed and they were very accommodating about scheduling and timing the pressure wash and actual prep. They were able to tell us what days they would be at the house and when they would be finished with every stage. This was very impressive given the fact that they worked around our schedule and the weather was a factor. The crew worked efficiently and were very neat. No mess at the end of the day. I watched them do two walk throughs one day to make sure they picked up every little thing. We were very impressed with the quality of work, the timing of the project and the exact nature of the estimate. A final walk through revealed one area of trim that was not painted and the crew fixed it on the spot.
