"Started out well. Job started earlier than originally planned which was fine. Paid a third down to start job with understanding that rest would be paid in full upon completion. Everything was going fine until near the end of the job. After shower fixtures were installed I noticed they were the wrong finish from what we agreed on for the estimate. Took a week for Joel to reorder & replace. When the frameless glass shower panel was going in, the installer realized it was the wrong size, and had to be redone. The grout on the stone shower floor was very sloppily applied. Bits of dried grit are stuck on the stones. Before job was finished Joel was asking for full payment as he was running tight of money. I insisted on paying him in full only when job was complete. He wasn't very happy. Overall, the tile shower walls & bathroom floor tile look great. I only wish there had been more attention paid to the other details."

"Structured Holdings LLC was great! Wait, great is an understatement - Aaron’s work is impeccable. 1st I contacted him to provide a deck repair bid for a home purchase that fell through. But I was very adamant to work with him due to his wonderful kindness & patients with me as a new homeowner. So 3 wks. Later I purchased our home & immediately hired Aaron to install proper railings with returns. What blew me away way his ability to creat out customized banister to accommodate safety & partial removal features as needed. Let’s just say, he did that! I was truly amazed how he redesigned our 100 year old homes railway- which now is appealing. He also designed a remarkable barn-door for our bathroom replacing an old accordion door. When the barn-door is open it covers the linen closet. What’s cool about his design of choice is that it’s very discrete, perfect for a small hallway- he even accommodated my kids & disabled aunt by installing a beautiful large modern handle. We treat you and your home with respect and clean up when we are finished. Mr. Handyman technicians are experienced with a broad skill set, so please do not hesitate to ask for help with any repair, maintenance or improvement project. Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, however, we are available for Saturday work.
"John L. was THE BEST! In working to swap our over-oven microwave/fan for a hood vent he was tireless in being sure it was done perfectly. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."
