Rayen was prompt in returning phone calls and placing the bid, and the amount we paid seemed appropriate.  The cover went up fast and looked good.  However when the first rains came it immediately started to leak around the seams to the house and the gutter heinstalled dripped through the end caps.  Rayen came out 4-5 separate times to try and fix this and we thought he finally got it.  Well two weeks ago, just a couple months after the last fix, it started leaking again in the same spots.  Now Rayen won't return my phone calls and text and I will be taking him to small claims. I would not recommend him for any work!

Only downside to this experience (which was probably as much my fault) is that the bid was not specific in respect to the materials details - for example, the bid cited "plywood" as the roofing underlayment and I expected conventional 3 or 4-ply plywood but when the materials arrived, it was actually stran-board (random "chip-board") which I was told is the normal material for such applications.  Rayen actually returned to his supplier to get the "plywood" but called back stating that they were saying that there was more strength in the stran-board and that would be the better material.  So that was the final choice.  This "hiccup" could have been avoided by working with a more "specific" bid.
Workers were professional and courteous with each other - no loud music - just worked diligently to completion.  Project looks good upon completion.

The service was excellent.  Rayen gave me a free estimate and the work was scheduled for later that week. When he couldn't make the original appointment, he called promptly to reschedule. He is very knowledgeable and got the job done in under 4 hours.

Great experience! Rayen was quick, thorough and worked straight through for three days in pouring rain. Solid work and great looking fence! We have had lots of compliments!

Ray had materials delivered before the job was to start and on the start day he arrived on time and worked straight through the day.  This was invaluable to me because I have a job that makes it hard to be out of the office for more than a day at a time.  He and his partner were professional and worked fast on a very very hot summers day.  Ray was patient with me, I ask lots of questions, and explained what he was doing and why and made recommendations that perfected my vision of the summer deck I have always wanted.  He came by a couple times after to check on the awning and make sure I was happy. 

I got Rays name from my brother who had him install 300LF of fence in a day at the last minute before a party he was throwing.  Regardless of the speed I liked the way his fence was done and how sturdy it was so I called him when I was ready for my new back yard.

My neighbor approached me after Ray finished and asked what I thought of his work and if I would recommend him.  He did a chain link fence and gate for her, she had recently been robbed, and added custom security features at her request.  She was blissfully happy and still thanks me every once in a while for referring him.

Unfortunately Ray came to me after I had started other revisions to my house in my bathroom and kitchen.  I really wish I would have used him for those improvements as well.  Incidentally the bathroom took over 6 months to get right and I know for a fact that Ray would never let that happen.
