"Nicholaus was great! So professional, punctual, always kept me in the loop while I was at work. It started with him just painting the fascia, but he noticed that my window frames needed peeled and repainted as well. He asked if I wanted that done too and I said absolutely! He went around my house and took off all the storm windows, peeled and sanded, and repainted them. He went to above and beyond what I had expected. He even power washed my entire house and washed my windows for no extra charge, removed my gutters and washed and replaced them better than they were before. It was about a 4 day job. I would most definitely recommend Nick to anyone and will hire him again. Very good guy. Thanks Nick!"

"Brett volunteered his time to help our kids'  school.  Anyway, he came over to look at our property and instantly had some great ideas, thoughts and suggestions.  He is extremely nice, friendly, and down-to-earth.  He listened to our thoughts, spent time canvasing and mapping the property, and then thoughtfully processed them into a design that he thought might work for us, inviting us to his office to look and possibly change some of the design if we wanted.  We were highly impressed with his responsiveness, his desire to make a design that we liked, his genuine nature, his easy-to-work-with-attitude, and his overall professionalism.  We're kicking ourselves that we didn't find him sooner when we had another landscape project that we hired out,  but if we decide we need help with our landscaping project in the end, he'll be the one we call. "Aden Roofing is reluctant to honor their warranty contracts. They cleaned and treated roof in 2012 with a 5 year year warranty.
When we called September 2014 to have him retreat problem areas, we were told that they didn't have a 5 year warranty, even though we have the signed contract specifying the 5 year period.  He said he would retreat the areas in April 2015. He didn't call or come in April . We called the company again and was told he would come in June.  
 
When we called again to set an appointment he was extremely rude and very unprofessional wanting to delay until September, which is unacceptable.
