"Not efficient with work. Initially scheduled and they didn’t have the appt in their system when i called the day before to confirm. Rescheduled and they put new hardware on before checking with me if it was ok to install. Hardware was ugly so i rescheduled for them to come out to change hardware and they did not show up at scheduled appt. I called and they informed me that someone called in sick and they had tried to call- no missed calls on my cell or home phone. I decided to schedule with Keyhole instead and was much happier with the service."

All-Rite Towing & Recovery has served motorists since 1987. Our company was founded by a hardworking and dedicated towman named Walter Relf. He was tired of the fly-by-night tow companies in town. Walter wanted to establish a business that drivers in Albany and all of Linn County could trust and depend on. Joshua Lane started working for Walter about eleven years ago. Working alongside Walter for over a decade, Joshua respected the company’s devoted service to the community. In August 2016, Joshua bought All-Rite Towing & Recovery and carries on the tradition started by Walter. All-Rite’s mission has always been to put the customers 100% first, and it remains that way to this day.
