He noticed and pointed out parts of the job that required repair and replacement. He understands building and he demonstrated fine skill while working on our twenty-five-year old manufactored home. Breaks were brief and their commitment to the job was evident each step of the way. Preparation was not hurried and everything, once repaired, was very well caulked.
