"So far, my experience is with Curt Dalton, the representative. It has been excellent. I feel we have met a new friend. We know about him and his family, and he knows about ours. We wanted an assessment of our roof, only. But Curt showed us how we could fit it into our fixed budget. We enjoyed his visit so much, that he knows that he can stop by any time he is in Gold Hill for a cup of coffee and a visit. I hope he does well."

"I am happy with the roofing. The workers were efficient and worked well in a timely manner."

"I called them since I needed to have a plum tree trimmed back. The tree was bent over from the winter snow and was holding my motorcycle hostage. When I called it was just for a quote on how much the work would cost. They were in the neighborhood and stopped by. When they did they rescued the motorcycle while here talking about the quote. I was very impressed with the immediate service and I have already asked them to come back to do some more tree work."

"Showed up very promptly both times they came. Provided great customer service. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. They called me the next morning after a rain to see if there were any leaks in the roof. No leaks. Good job!"

"Their roofing expert and a helper worked this in during some very cold winter weather, and had the entire job done in about a week.  They obviously knew their craft.  Rocket threw in a modest winter discount to get the job. We were impressed from the beginning with their grasp of the problem and suggestions for correction, and are happy with the results. We will gladly hire Rocket for additional fix-ups.

"I needed roofing repair not pressure washing and this company did not do that job. They were referred to me in error. The gentleman that I spoke to was very nice and gave me ideas of where I should go from there."

"I am very satisfied with the windows in my home. The two window installers Travis and Heath were amazing. They installed all of my windows in 6 hours. I cannot say enough about these two. Not only their hard work but both Travis and Heath were so pleasant and professional. They are a real asset to this company. I am very happy with this entire project. -Pat."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
