Their communication professionalism and flexibility in working with our unusual project stood out to us as a level of dedication to customer service with integrity that is hard to find these days... 1) CS1's owner showed up on site to assure everything was clear and in-line with our intentions, communicating superbly with us at the beginning, middle, and end. 2) CS1 used an online project management system which offers thorough documentation and access. The system is in a class far above most of their competitors. If they continue implementing the systems full capabilities and assuring users understand it, its communication value pushes them towards being genuine super-stars. 3) Our project had unexpected changes and unique twists that they allowed, going above and beyond to flexibly meet our needs as best they could. We were glad to pay additionally for them to add scope of work items, and they were very fair in pricing. No gouging was seen, at all. 4) Quality of work great and never a disappointment.
