They didn't have an exact match for the heater that was in the house, but they agreed to install one I picked up at a local dealer. The heater only worked for about 30m due to a manufacturing defect. It took many tries with the manufacturer to finally get the right parts to Reliant so the heater would work. Reliant spent a great deal of time here and worked all the issues with the heater OEM and were way more than fair with me about their time and effort. Truly a great company I will use them always going forward.

I was having issues breathing in the house I was renting and now I can breathe easily without asthma attacks. The house smells clean and free of cat hair. The techs and office were very friendly and helpful.

The Tech showed up in the window of time the dispatcher had said, and my furnace was back on with in an hour. It is still going strong to date.

They did a fantastic job! I called the day before and they were there the next day. They try their best to accommodate your schedule and are incredibly punctual.
The quality of their work is fantastic. I look at my new pipes and the difference is amazing.
All in all a great company.

1970s vintage plumbing has since been modified by several remodels and is a kludge of several modifications. Service man figured it out quickly and made his own modifications.
We called on the weekend and requested Monday service. They were here at 8:00am Monday.

Chris did a good job repairing the leak, but I
was charged $197.00 dollars after the work was done. That morning, when I
called and spoke with Andrew-the owner, I was told the charge would
be close to $138.00. I paid the $197.00, but called Andrew to discuss
the difference. Susan took a message and said she would have the owner call me.
I got a call back and Andrew was abusive, angry, yelling and basically told me
to never call his company for repair work ever again, which I certainly won't.
Very unprofesional and i didn't appreciate being yelled at on the first day of
the new year by a contractor.! They did fix my leak but unless you don't
mind being over charged and yelled at by the owner, when you question why
you're being charged more than quoted, don't use Reliant Plumbing and Mechanical,

Reliant plumbing was very easy to work with. I explained over the phone that our current water heater was old and had started leaking and needed to be replaced. After taking a picture of the water heater's location and a photo of the brand and model number they were able to give me an exact quote over the phone. They set up an appointment for 8:00am on Monday and were there a few minutes early - I love it when contractors are prompt!
The installation went smoothly and the two guys who came out were friendly and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

They gave us no problem. They came out and fixed it and they seemed to have skill. He knew what he was doing and had the job done quite promptly. This also applied to the warranty and they gave us no problem.

Removing the drywall, we found black, rotting insulation, sopping wet, with slugs, etc. Had several neighbors very satisfied with Reliant, so I called Andrew from Reliant, who responded immediately. They did everything right: from the communication piece, to timeliness, careful procedures to not spread any possible mold spores - just great. I am really impressed. They found and fixed the problem in about 3 hours, doing exactly what needed to be done (the problem had been there 10-plus years, since during construction they put two drywall screws through a pipe, but the water barrier in the wall kept it from rotting the drywall or showing inside.

Main water line to house was bubbling water out of the ground between the meter and the house. I knew due to age of house (42+ years), that this would most likely require a full replacement of the mainline. After researching Angie's List, I chose Reliant. Called the main number and explained the syptoms. 20 minutes later plumber Jack called, and said he would be here in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later, very politiely explained the Sunday Labor charge, which was what I pretty much expected, set up and began digging. He was extremely careful in cutting the sod and digging the trench, using tarps to protect the lawn. He worked consistently for 6 hours to expose the bad section of pipe, remove it and replace with a more modern material that will not rust, then refilled the trench. After he was finished, the lawn and flower bed looked as though they'd never even been touched. Jack explained what he was doing and how he was going to do it, and then did it. He performed professional work in a timely manner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I would recomment to anyone.

Overcame some problems intrinsic to the job and worked longer than he was paid for. Very polite and knowledgeable person.

They were fairly priced and quick to respond. They were just small jobs, but they did the work and were kind and appreciative of my business.

They did an excellent job and we were happy with them. They were very timely and came out within an hour and spent time in fixing an induction coil. The person who came out to do the work explained to us as to what the problem was and we also watched them do the work. We also spoke to him about replacing the furnace and somebody came out the next day to talk to us about that, but we didn’t buy anything. We also received an e-mail from their office about replacing the furnace on the same day itself. So, I would say that they provide high quality work. The service person was fine and efficient. The price that they charged was not cheap, but was reasonable.

The technician was great at his work, but the billing was ridiculous. They had to get parts in Portland and we live about 30-some miles away from town. Because they did not have the parts, they charged me for their travel to get them. The technician was very apologetic, and explained that this is what his boss requires. I am not happy that the cost to do the work very high because more than half of it was travel and labor. The work was done nicely and they way we expected, but we didn't appreciate how the billing was handled. I would not recommend using this company.

They did a good job and were right on the ball. I just would recommend them highly. I chose them because they were local, close by and I needed somebody in a hurry so they were there right on-time. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were really good and I would use them in future.

The overall experience was good. They were on time and they did a very good job. The quality of their work was very good but their price was a bit high.
