He tested several areas of where water could access & found it was dry & no problem. It turned out to be a couch recently purchased that had been treated by the store that was the source of the strange smell. And even though the problem was something else beside the walls & windows for potential water leaks; just knowing that the windows & sliders weren't leaking & is a GREAT RELIEF & his handling of this appointment was reasuring. We kept his business card & would recommend him & his company 100%. He answered all our questions & he is a great resource."

Kent was a very welcome exception to this rule, and not only showed up but did a fantastic job over the course of a week tearing down an old solarium we had that leaked like a sieve, hauling away all the debris, and then building us a brand new sunroom on our backyard deck, This came with a beautiful Anderson storm door and 3 big windows. It was so structurally sound that I remarked to him that if a tornado was to come through Coos Bay, it would probably take the house and leave the sunroom standing. A few days after completion it started raining and didn't let up for about 3 weeks. Not the slightest moisture anywhere in the sunroom. We were thrilled with the job Kent did, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great handyman with a solid work ethic and demonstrable skills!"
