"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Faucet Brothers has been doing work for me for probably the last six or seven years. It started with a remodel of a bathroom. Which they had to move a drain crawl under the house to replumb and put all new plumbing in the walls. Since then he has repaired and replaced our water heater, which was an emergency and he was here to help out in no time. We have remodeled another bathroom he has helped change out the shower and do all the plumbing. He has also put a sump pump in for us and replumbed our kitchen faucet drain. "The specific project completed on our home was to provide drainage, including a sump pump, in our crawl space and to replace the vapor barrier. Although our particular project was very difficult, including a clay surface below the old vapor barrier, the crew managed to prepare the drainage pipe ditch and lay perimeter drainage pipe. They labored with soil that was either too wet and therefore too sticky to work with a shovel, or soil that was too dry and almost rock hard. After many days of effort they managed to successfully install pipe, sump pump and vapor barrier. In spite of the very difficult conditions with which they struggled to complete the project, the crews who worked on our project were very courteous and professional in the way they did their job.
