"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

"I was quite satisfied with the professional behavior, knowledge and attentiveness to detail in the repairs.  I would have given them top scores across the board except that the office apparently lost the order.  When I called they scheduled the appointment but when the day and time came, no one showed up.  About an hour after the scheduled time I called them and they apologized and sent someone out immediately so I have to say that even though I was disappointed that they lost the order, they were quite quick about correcting the error."
