"I have an old farm house. I needed to get some extra keys made. The big box store didn’t have the key blank, said it was too old. I went to the Key Man shop on 8th in Grants Pass. The Pro at the counter was very polite. He looked at my key and said wow this is an old one. I asked if he could make four copies for me. No said no problem. He cut four copies and thanked me for choosing their shop. Great customer service and carry a wide variety of inventory. "

"One of there guys came out and said my car needed a new ignition and that they could get the part tomorrow. So i paid him the $20 diagnostic. The next day a different guy came out, first he forgot his tools and had to come back, then spent about 6 hours working on the car and said he didn't think it was the ignition. Then charged me $110 for doing nothing."
