He came to clean my sofa which ended up being much bigger than he thought due to lack of communication on my behalf :( Not only did Steve stick with the quote he originally gave me a also cleaned the area rug in front of my sofa for what I felt was a better than fare small additional cost. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help!
