"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"I like your responsibility great and i like your punctuality."

"Andy was very responsive and easy to interact with before the appointment. He was on time. He helped me move the sectional so he could work on it. The cleaning was great! My sofas look loads better. He worked very hard to clean some stains I had given up on and made quite a dent. Overall, it was a painless experience to get the job done and he did it very well. I will definitely be calling him in the future!"

"Oscar did an excellent job on all 3 of our rugs. Would definitely recommend."

"They called me about five minutes after I submitted and got me done really quickly. They were great."
