"After placing our order, communication essentially stopped. Took multiple emails and texts to try to get any updates on our order. Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Very disappointed the windows were NOT cleaned before the installers left. A small gesture like that would have been very appreciated."

No electrical work involved at all, simply cutting a notch out for a cord. My husband had to then crawl under the house to fix their mistake. Every day we live on top of their shoddy work and I’m now beginning to question if we’re even gonna be able put down our flooring we already bought. It was just a job for them, but this is our HOME. We LIVE with large gaps and screws sticking up. I’m so heartbroken."
