"They dropped the materials off and I unfortunately got locked, but they were swift to strip the old roof and installed decking, roofing and exhausts, just before the coldest storm in 7 decades. "Get a written contract, always get an agreed upon finish date and time, contractors are notorious for having several jobs going on at once and sometimes promise a finish date they can't meet just to get your business. Luckily that was not the case on this job. Work was actually finished earlier."
