"They dropped the materials off and I unfortunately got locked, but they were swift to strip the old roof and installed decking, roofing and exhausts, just before the coldest storm in 7 decades. I was snug as a bug in a rug and I could not be more relieved to have excellent work done so quickly and timely."

"They did a fantastic job in power washing and painting my eves, wood trim, patio, garage, front entry way, and back door side garage door front door trim and all. Also did front lights on garage. George ( Owner) said it would take 4 days but finished in 3. Highly recommend him you will not be disappointed. Very happy with the work that was done"

The solvent in wood stain is what causes the liquid form to be highly flammable, but the stain drying process involves the solvents dissolving, which leaves behind a non-flammable product on your wood project. Wood stain is, however, flammable before you apply it, so you should always store partially full cans and used wood stain rags away from sources of heat and open flames.

Painted decks typically require a new coat about once every ten years. In between new coats, it's best to maintain your deck by regularly removing debris, washing it down with non-abrasive cleaners, and staying ahead of structural issues, such as loose boards and rotting wood. In some cases, painting a small section of your deck affected by damage or the sun can lower your costs and workload.

Stains penetrate wood best when it's cool and dry, so you want to avoid moisture. If the wood is wet upon application, or if it rains before the stain dries, the water will soak into the wood and displace the staining solution. This leads to a flaky and blotchy look, which is the opposite of a sumptuous even coat. Once the stain has fully cured, after about 3 days, rain shouldn’t cause you any problems.
