We're not rich, and the amount of work we wanted to do was going to be expensive. As in second mortgage expensive. This included new porches on three sides of the house, replacing the soffit and fascia all the way around the house, new window and door trims all the way around, new rain gutters all the way around the house with gutter guards, and a new concrete patio in the back.
