"We are a high rise apartment community in Oklahoma City. We had over 50 window and patio leaks from the August 26th storm. Some people referenced this storm as a land hurricane with winds that exceeded 100 miles per hour. Needless to say, we had several water extractions, dehumidifiers and carpet fans throughout the building. Teddys was called and responded immediately. They worked around the clock to extract water and remove padding. He provided us with dozens of carpet fans and dehumidifiers. The majority of the work performed was in occupied apartments. Teddys did a fantastic job working with our residents personal items to get them dried, relayed and shampooed. The owner personally worked with his crew and oversaw the work. We received the best service we have ever had. We will continue to use Teddys for all of our emergency extractions and carpet cleans. We highly recommend them."

"Kimberly and Grace come to my home every two weeks. They do a fantastic job of cleaning! I never need to tell them what should be done. They clean my home with care and respect. I’m always pleased to come in when they’re done and notice little extras done that I didn’t even notice myself. I highly recommend them!"

"This company is very willing to follow instructions and work hard. They have other services that I have not used as yet, such as carpet cleaning and laundry services. They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work. I feel I get a good value for the money paid.

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes. Taking care of carpet tiles is very similar to taking care of a broadloom carpet floor. Once the glue holding them down is cured, you can vacuum carpet tiles just like other carpeted areas. They’ll stand up to plenty of foot traffic, furniture placement, and other wear and tear.

Smoke stains, mold spots, and general dust or dirt accumulations are addressed.

The recommended frequency for cleaning your carpets depends on several factors, including foot traffic, pets, children, and allergies. As a general guideline, you should have your carpets professionally deep cleaned every 12 to 18 months. However, for households with high foot traffic, pets, or children, more frequent cleanings, such as quarterly, are recommended. If anyone in your home suffers from severe allergies, cleaning the carpets every two months may be best. Between professional cleanings, vacuuming at least once a week is ideal to lift surface dirt. A good time to schedule a deep cleaning is after a rainy or snowy season to avoid tracking in new mud. For a personalized schedule, consult with a carpet cleaning team, who may offer packages for ongoing visits.

Use a carpet brush or a broom to remove the top layer of loose dirt. For a deeper clean, spray the carpet with a thin layer of three parts water and one part white vinegar. Blot the area with a towel and let it fully dry before sweeping again with the broom.

Even cats that are well-trained at using the litter box can end up urinating on various household objects or floors at some point. Cats may pee outside of the litter box for many different reasons, from their surroundings to their health.

If any of these issues sound familiar, addressing them can help you prevent any future accidents. When in doubt, talk to your vet, especially if peeing outside the litter box is coupled with any other abnormal behavior.

  • Stress: A soiled litter box or untidy surroundings, strange guests stopping by, or loud noises may stress out a kitty, leading them to pee outside of their box.

  • Health: Cats with health issues like UTIs, bladder stones, diabetes, or kidney disease may pee around the house.

  • Marking: Cats may mark around the house to either claim their territory when other animals come around or to attract a mate.

  • Preferences: Your cat may simply prefer a larger litter box, or maybe they don’t like the new litter you bought on sale at the store.
