Needless to say, we had several water extractions, dehumidifiers and carpet fans throughout the building. Teddys was called and responded immediately. They worked around the clock to extract water and remove padding. He provided us with dozens of carpet fans and dehumidifiers. The majority of the work performed was in occupied apartments. Teddys did a fantastic job working with our residents personal items to get them dried, relayed and shampooed. The owner personally worked with his crew and oversaw the work.
