"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "

"After placing our order, communication essentially stopped. Took multiple emails and texts to try to get any updates on our order. Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Very disappointed the windows were NOT cleaned before the installers left. A small gesture like that would have been very appreciated."

He had our hallway remodeled, fixed a bedroom’s walls, painted, fixed light fixtures and electrical sockets. He was very honest and fair in what he could do and recommended as well as price. "At first Kyle seemed nice and professional, but that was only so that he could get the job, once he started working, he revealed himself to be insecure, unbalanced, and in constant need of confirmation. This was annoying primarily because Kyle substitutes saying he intends to do a good job for actually doing a good job. As it turns out, he was looking at my facial expressions as I walked about my home, dealing with and taking care of my day, and came to the conclusion that he could do nothing to make me happy. This led to a long drawn out discussion, as i tried to prevent him from walking off of the job. This was odd, made more so by the fact that I had to reassure him that my expressions were not related to the job he was doing, but rather the fact that I am a caregiver for a parent who is terminally ill. Anything that Kyle does which for most painters would be considered a good practice, like sanding, he wants to make sure that I take note, as though he were doing the extraordinary. In the end, there were paint drips on faucets, hanging art, and floors. He wanted extra money to do basic things like the placement of furniture back to its original place, and he yelled and insulted me in my own home. I would not recommend hiring this unprofessional, and unstable person and his staff of unprofessional employees. He overcharges and under delivers. He left paint on the floor, and wanted to charge me $60.00 per hour when he had to come back to do small touch-ups and corrections, after he had agreed to return to do touch-up work. A mistake was made when I hired this guy."

"Juan has worked for me as a contractor about 10 years. After negotiating a price for the scope of the work, Juan will complete the job in a timely manner. He knows how I want a job to look and will bring suggestions to me so the finished product looks the best. He also cleans up the jobsite each day. He always puts safety first for his crew."
