Andy was very patient, kind, and thorough. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to help us. He had our hallway remodeled, fixed a bedroom’s walls, painted, fixed light fixtures and electrical sockets. He was very honest and fair in what he could do and recommended as well as price. He even braved wallpapering for me. We are very pleased and overjoyed with the outcome. We will recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is a joy to work with.

Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone.

Andy and his crew did a great job. It was more complex job than we initially expected but Andy made sure the job was done to our satisfaction and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was right.

When my dad died, I needed to get some work done on his house that had been long overdue for repair. I hired Andy for the job which was quite extensive, $20000 of work. They finished the flooring quickly but some trim work inside the house, some staining of trim wood on the outside of the house, and the repair of the small deck on the roof of the house was left for nearly a month unfinished. I learned the reason for the deck being unfinished was because he actually did not know how to do the repair so they were literally experimenting multiple times on a very sensitive part of the house. He responded very defensively and rudely to us questioning him about this and asking for a refund only for that part of the work.

Andy was efficient and competent and exceeded my expectations! He installed a new kitchen sink faucet, and when he was faced with a challenge, he problem solved, Keeping in mind the cost and the needs of my very old house. He did other things on my list with equal efficiency, I will definitely be using him again!

He arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done to take care of the problem. He was courteous and polite.

The man who they sent was pleasant and worked hard but did a message job. He left big roots and didn't put the dirt back. My price was also to removing the debree but my bulk trash did that. I worked hard to try and clean up the mess which was why I called your service to begin with. I was very disappointed.

I hired Andy to pick up a deck extension and refacing with Trex boards midway through the project as I was strapped for time. He completed the project on time and for less than what I thought it would actually cost. He is honest, dependable and his attention to detail was much appreciated. After he was finished, I hired him to come back and hang some outdoor lights as well as, fill some cracks in our basement. All of which was completed to perfection.

Andy was here when he said he was going to be here! To me thatâ s s Big deal. He replaced a standard doggie door for a larger electronic one. He gave me an up front reasonable price quote. I will have him do more projects for me
