"I met with Antonio when he came out to provide a quote.  He was very easy to talk to and understood my requirements of quality and cost relationship.  I informed him I had much more work coming and this was essentially an audition.  I obtained 2 quotes and gave the same spiel to both.  Both were close in cost and did a great job of explaining the process they'd go through, what to expect, specifics of the job (i.e., labor and materials), background, and providing references.  I am admittedly a person of "feel" when all other factors are fairly equal and, in this case, I just had a feel to go with White Lion. Antonio called me the morning they were to start and let me know his crew was on the way... just as promised.  They were very courteous and did a great job of preparation.  For instance, in the guest bedroom, they fully shielded all the furniture and carpet from the work being done. Drywall was done on Day 1 and painting on Day 2.  There was a slight error made by the paint store on the paint, but Antonio took care of it with no hassle at all to me.  At the end of each day, work was presented to me for inspection and approval.  It looked superb.
I was very pleased with the entire process, quality of work, ease of communication, and price.  All went just as Antonio said during the estimate which validated my "feel".  As I told him, he passed the audition and will certainly have a leg up on future work assuming cost competitiveness, of course.

"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
