They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They buried the gas and electrical lines for me and set the generator as Seth described. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what to do. Since I purchased the ten year extended warranty, they told me that if there is any problem at all, I just have to call and they will take care of it. All I have to do is to monitor a light that is green on the side of the generator. If it turns red, I call them. I would so RECOMMEND Airco for a home generator.
