Despite having to spend all morning jack hammering masonry out of the firebox to get the crumbling gas line, they stuck with it and got the job done that no one else I contacted would touch. They pickup up the old unit and determined with me that even when fixed it would not serve our purpose of providing heat with no electricity. We ordered a new unit and they installed the new gas log set and it puts our plenty of heat. They were always prompt on time and always returned phone calls quickly. "Four installers, two for the generator and natural gas and two for electrical work showed up on-time and got directly to work. I was home and watched them install the product. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They buried the gas and electrical lines for me and set the generator as Seth described. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what to do. Since I purchased the ten year extended warranty, they told me that if there is any problem at all, I just have to call and they will take care of it. All I have to do is to monitor a light that is green on the side of the generator. If it turns red, I call them. I would so RECOMMEND Airco for a home generator. We were so happy with the installation that we changed our maintenance plan for our furnace/air conditioner to Airco as well."
