Despite having to spend all morning jack hammering masonry out of the firebox to get the crumbling gas line, they stuck with it and got the job done that no one else I contacted would touch. "They were extremely punctual for both the estimate, and the actual installation, with full explanation of how the machine works including the comparison between the cost of a tankless and a standard heater,. In addition, there has been some vibration noise (that only one member of the family can hear!) and they have been extremely thorough in working to lessen it, while being cheerful through the whole process, despite having to make extra trips to do so."

"Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof.
