"Four installers, two for the generator and natural gas and two for electrical work showed up on-time and got directly to work. I was home and watched them install the product. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They buried the gas and electrical lines for me and set the generator as Seth described. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what to do. Since I purchased the ten year extended warranty, they told me that if there is any problem at all, I just have to call and they will take care of it. All I have to do is to monitor a light that is green on the side of the generator. If it turns red, I call them. I would so RECOMMEND Airco for a home generator. We were so happy with the installation that we changed our maintenance plan for our furnace/air conditioner to Airco as well."

"The old propane gas log set would not light when we had a power outage and it did not give out heat when working. They pickup up the old unit and determined with me that even when fixed it would not serve our purpose of providing heat with no electricity. We ordered a new unit and they installed the new gas log set and it puts our plenty of heat. They were always prompt on time and always returned phone calls quickly. I will use them again if needed."

"Spoke to Dan ahead of time and told him about the work I needed done - his office called me to schedule the next week. James came by the next Monday with most of the parts he thought he would need, but had to leave to get a few different sizes and some escutcheon plates. Overall it went very well.  I love this company!! Great work and fair price. I previously had them relocate a gas line for a new kitchen stove and run a water line to a garage refrigerator. I will use them again.
