Barbed Wire Fence Installation
He started on August 6, 2024. It took him three weeks to start the job from the time he said he was going. Then we purchased the materials. So on August 26, he started the project. He was taking down the fence and put up a new fence. As of today, he still hasn't finished taking down the fence. He still has all of my materials. It took him months to take down the fence and every time I would try to call him, he wouldn't answer, when he did respond, he kept coming up with different excuses why he couldn't start the job or couldn't go out there and work that day.
