"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.
