"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I have never had a better experience. The installers showed up on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They replaced 15 windows and were finished by 3:30. They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding. "Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."

"The guys showed up on time, early on the scheduled morning. Went straight to work keeping me informed all along the way. I had to leave for a period of time while they were working & returned to them being nearly complete, earlier than expected. They encountered a few set backs with the texture of my house & them not having the correct saw blade. When they left for lunch they picked up the correct blade and returned to finish off the job. Windows looked (& still do) great and make the house look better all around. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew that came. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."
