"Let me tell you about this guy that came out. His name is John and I called him at 7:00AM and he was out here in 20 minutes. He spotted the problem in short order and told me my springs were broken. He replaced the springs and lubed up everything and was finished within the hour. Really a nice person and he knew his stuff. He will be the only one I call from now. on. Reasonable priced and quality work. "

"It went okay, except he said there was a part missing and there ended up not being. When I went to try and get a replacement part, they informed me that the part was not missing or broken, so I went home and installed it the rest of the way myself. He did probably 80 percent of the job, but I ended up having to do some of it, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying someone. Let him know and he said he would make it right when he came out here next. Been 3 months since June 4, still haven't heard from him. Would like to use him again and give him another chance, but has not kept to his word."
