"Jody Ramon and Brian Owens were the lead men and Justin, a supervisor, and Nick Ecker, a salesperson were active members of this team. Cody helped install the 2nd day. Each of these men were more than I could ever expect. They did their part of the process and worked personally to service us as if we were family. They dealt with every concern we had, worked steadily for 2 and 1/2 full days, and left our home in better condition than they found it. The protected our carpets and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We have had an ongoing service relationship with Airco for over 10 years. So far, every person Airco has ever sent us has really serviced us outstandingly well. However, this removal and installation was over the top!! We really are pleased. The final chapter of the process will be schedule for next Wednesday when the Airco technician and the Sand Springs code inspector makes their final visit. Be sure to note that Jody and Brian have to be 2 of your very best crew members. Chris Holmes was our service man for several years but he now is doing commercial accounts for Airco. Jerry Evans, I believe his name is, now services our HVAC on a twice a year contract we have with you. Chris and Jerry are local Sand Springs residents and have really done our work well over the time period we have used Airco. But, this week with the men mentioned above has just been super!! They did everything and more than was ever promised. So far, we are really please with this big upgrade. For us, it was an extremely major decision and it went so well, thanks to this team that came together on our project!! We are so very grateful!!"

"Brandon came out and gave me an estimate to do the job. I agreed to the price and he agreed to come out on a Saturday. On Saturday morning I discovered a leak under a bathroom sink. I phoned and said he needed to bring tools to care for that problem. He showed up at 11am and stayed till after 5pm and took care of everything. "Tech was right on time and quickly found we had a bad blower motor. They quoted me to replace the motor and had the part on hand. I went ahead and had the motor replaced. They informed me the burners were in bad condition and recommended that we think about replacing the unit.
