We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "

"Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! I'm extremely grateful to all of them for their professionalism and kindness. I thank God that ANGi helped me find them. "I hired them last year through your website. The quality of the work was very poor - the fence is already loose and wobbly, and worse yet the metal post leaning toward one side now. Called them multiple times within the past couple of weeks and even left messages but got no response and it seems to me they are trying to avoid me. Bad business and no customer support/warranty at all. Not recommended to others. I even referred them to one of my friends, they got a business and I do not why they treated me like that."
