"Jacob, the owner was very good with his communication about the project. He kept me informed on any issues. Any time we were to meet he made sure he was there and if he was running late would let me know. He did a large fencing job for me, 220 of 8 cedar with cap and trim. Fence lines were heavily treed so post holes were difficult, but they worked through it and did a great job. I bid three companies and theirs was the best price."

Their owner, Skyler, came out to give us the estimate and did a great job explaining all of our options and helping us pick the design that would fit our needs the best. The demo and installation team was professional and checked in with us several times throughout the project to make sure their work met our standards. On top of the excellent work, the pricing was very fair and worth every penny!"

"Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! "I had my windows cleaned by "Austin Early Bird" (another great company I found on HomeAdvisor) and the lead person on the cleaning team told me that the seals had been broken on some of my windows and moisture was collecting between the window panes. I had noticed that on several of the windows and at first I thought that the moisture on the windows was due to it being colder inside the house than on the outside. I told him that I would look into getting the windows repaired/replaced in the very near future. He asked me if I wanted him to tag the windows with painters tape. I told him sure and that the gesture was very thoughtful. The following month on a Sunday I did some research on HomeAdvisor’s website and decided to send an email inquiry to the contact person at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. Within hours of sending the email I received an email reply from someone at the Customer Relations Department with a contact phone number to call. Mr. Dial, the Design Consultant, was prompt, courteous, and very knowable about the product, specifications, installation and financing if needed. I was given a list of contacts at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. for any project questions and concerns. Within 48 hours of Mr. Dial leaving my home I received a Thank You Card from him which was a nice touch and unexpected. I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation process. The installers were courteous, professional, and efficient. The workmanship is beautiful and will last a lifetime. The entire team was great to work with. I really appreciated the ease of communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future with further window restorations."
