"Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome! "Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone. "
