"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.

"I couldn't have asked for a better job, with absolutely no hassles or problems for me to solve. The very professional crew showed up on the appointed day and began tearing off all the damaged materials and hauling them away. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."
