Bulk item disposal and hauling will be available as well, and cost will be determined by gas mileage reimbursement ONLY for elderly and disabled individuals. Construction waste removal will be bid on a case by case basis. Yard sale leftovers will be hauled for free within city limits if given 24 hours notice beforehand. Bedbug and other pest debris will not be hauled at any cost, and must be declared, and made known of before hand, under any circumstance.

The central office and storage was located at the Alfaro's home, and based out of the garage. As the company developed and became incorporated in 1998, it began to take on the responsibility of a general contractor, growing into a company specializing in design/build, maintenance and renovation contracting. Now, He and I Construction offers general construction services to the Southwest Region of the United States, while looking to expand in additional regions.
