We had a custom iron gate built by Metalwerx and we very happy with the job and outcome. They worked with me and basically created exactly what I wanted. Always show up on time and prepared exactly when they tell you they will be there. They are the real deal !

Initially, Lionel was professional and responsive. The first project he completed for me was mostly well done, and although there were some minor issues, he addressed them after I reached out. Based on that experience, I felt confident hiring him for a second job. We agreed on an $800 upfront payment, with the remainder to be paid upon completion. Unfortunately, after a partial installation, Lionel stopped communicating entirely and never returned to finish the job. To make matters worse, the doors from the first project?likely due to their weight?have begun to sag inward, making them very difficult to close properly without an H-bar. I?m disappointed by the lack of follow-through and communication, and I cannot recommend his services based on my experience. It has been over four weeks with no answers or attempts to call me two weeks ago. He texted me that he gave me his word he would come by, but never did now his phone goes to message that it has been disconnected.

Installed a gate. Ordered a sign and paid for installation on it as well. It is unreadable and I was told I would need to pay 500 to have the gate (that they installed) modified to allow the sign to be readable. Agreed to 350. Never heard back. Very unhappy. after they skipped the date they agreed to come. No response to multiple messages.

Lionel is one of the most professional and patient contractors I’ve ever hired. Very professional from start to finish keeping great communication thru out the days making sure everything was perfect. Him and the company will take care of all your building needs for sure. 10/10 solid people.

Professional, prompt and completed installation in a week timeframe. Was overall happy with product and finish out on gate and stone pillars. Needed an auto-opener installed as well which will take about a week longer than expected. I would use this company again, they were fair on price.

He built a custom gate for my insurance. He did a great job and was very fast and professional.

Such a great job for reasonable pricing. Attention to detail and really took extra time to do it right. We got a gate replaced and thought we would just get a normal gate. We got a custom welded one that adds a level of security which really helps us! Will be calling on them again!

Great service and commitment at going above and beyond with their work

Hired Lionel to build a carport and pour concrete slab December 2023. We paid 1/2 as deposit and Lionel built a structure that was tack welded and not secure. Roof panels were supposed to be black but he installed white and said he would paint. Roof panels were not secured appropriately and flew off in the wind, but could not get ahold of Lionel to repair. At this point, we lost trust in his ability to complete the job and requested a partial refund since he had not completed the concrete slab. We have gotten the run around since and now have to hire another contractor to fix Lionel's mistakes. As of 01/22/2024, our structure is not complete and Lionel nor Cindy will respond about our refund. Don't trust Lionel or Cindy! Check BBB for other reviews of this shady contractor.

Got our pool gate fixed right and fast.

They were very expert in refurbishing my BBQ that I had for over 10 years. It was rusty and corroded but the cast iron was thick and I didnâ  t want to buy the new grills whereby the metal is thin. Cilio brought it back to its original beauty. Thanks Lionel and Cindy and crew.
