Their work was impeccable and they were very professional. I was amazed at how quickly and methodically they worked. All in all, I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company!"

"After leaving a previous review, they sent a GC out to help us understand what we were looking at AND fix a couple of concerns. I did not expect them to care, much less call us to say they were sending someone out. The GC not only fixed the issues, but provided us with some knowledge and consulted with us about our ENTIRE house. After this visit we are COMPLETELY SATISFIED! When we’re ready for the next part to be done we WILL be calling them. I really want to retract my previous review! I can CONFIDENTLY say that I am at ease now!"

We have several locations with our main location being in Yukon, OK. Within each office, each of our over 25 team members are committed to providing excellent service for your construction needs. We also have numerous subcontractors who assist us with each job. Financing is available if needed.

"In May 2019 we hired Salazar Roofing and construction to replace the roofing and siding on our house due to storm damage. During the initial phase working with the Salesman, Preston out of the Lawton office, he tells us that we will get vinyl siding, instead of the Steel siding that is currently on the house. We are told it is because it is too expensive and the insurance company does not pay enough to replace it. That should have been a red flag to us right there. Our insurance company would have covered the additional cost if the cost they estimated to replace the steel siding (that was already on the house) with steel siding, they would have required a supplemental. I am fairly confident that Preston was well aware of this, he knew to submit a supplemental to cover a lift to be used for installing the siding. The contract that is provided by Salazar and signed by the salesperson and the homeowner is vague enough that the home owner really doesn’t know what they are getting as far as materials. But in the end there is a statement that states that management must approve what is in the contract. The invoice that we were provided at the end of the job does not give a breakdown of what kind of siding was put on the house, it also does not break down how the money paid is allocated to each portion of the job. The roofing was completed in roughly a week, everything was cleaned up every day, the roofers came in worked and left before 5:00 pm. The siding job was sub-contracted, we were told that it was because their siding person was 2-4 weeks behind. The company they hired to replace the siding was worthless, and I would not have hired them out right to change a towel. After 4.5 weeks, and after receiving a picture of what I was told to be his foot, where he had stepped on a nail, I asked Gary to get another contractor out to finish the siding. He wouldn’t and asked for me to give him until that weekend to finish. Miraculously the contractor had no problem walking when he showed up Saturday to finish the job. Finally at the end of august it is complete. Tornado Strong was not off our property more than two hours before Preston was contacting us demanding money. The siding was up, but there were problems. When we brought our concerns up to Gary, my husband and I were yelled at, as if the issues brought up were our fault. When we questioned the sub-contractors actual ability to do the siding job we were told that that company had all the necessary proof that he knew what he was doing with siding. We were even told that there was a recording of me saying we were completely satisfied with the job. He couldn’t produce the recording. But I did tell Gary that what I said was that this is about as good as the job is going to get, that I was not satisfied. I will give Gary a small amount of credit, he did come out and look and acknowledge that there were problems, he would have someone come out and fix the problems and had gutters put on our front porch. Primarily I believe because the contractor removed the wood holders for gutters. He also provided an 8 year labor warranty. The more I have needed to request problems be requested the harder it gets to get a response from anyone. Below is a complete list of all the times I have or attempted to contact this company for repairs. If they had used the appropriate material (ie steel siding) like they were paid for, I do not believe I would be experiencing these problems. There is no decking where the siding is, so there is only the support posts for the siding to be secured to. Which they constantly pointed out to me throughout the whole process. We never lost any of the steel siding that was on before. When the wind blows, you can watch the siding “breath” as the wind circulates through it. November 12th 2019, I contacted Gary, the manager at the Lawton Office about siding that had come loose/completely came off the house from recent winds. Gary informed me that Cool Temp would be calling me to make repairs. November 21 2019 I informed Gary that I had not heard from Cool Temp and wanted an update, again on November 27th 2019, and on December 2d 2019, I was finally informed that someone from Cool Temp was on their way out to make the requested repairs. On June 3d 2020 Siding from the same areas were lost or lose, I contacted Gary, Manager of the Salazar Office in Lawton. He stated that he would come out and take a look at the damage, but would not commit to a time. On June 4th Gary came out to look at the damage, but did not do anything else in regards to telling us that it falls out of the scope of the warranty or that he would have someone out to fix it. Text messages were sent on June 15th, 16th, 22d, and 26th On July 5th at 10:09 pm, I sent a message to Salazar roofing in regards to the needed repairs that we contacted Gary about. I received a response that they would look into it. On July 8th, I requested a follow up. I did receive a call from Erik Salazar and he did send someone out to replace the siding that had come loose or completely off the house. August 11 2020 I sent pictures of the same area of the house that had lost or lose siding to Erik Salazar and he sent an individual out to out to make the repair, but again on September 28th, once again, we have siding that has come lose or off from the same area of the house. I spoke to Sophia on 10 October 2020 and was told someone would get in contact with me within the next 48 hours. I do not hear from anyone, so on October 20th I contacted the Yukon office again. Sophia informs me that Gary Handy, the manager from the Lawton office will be in contact with me. I did tell Sophia that I did not want to talk to Gary, as he was the reason I was in this situation, and that he disregarded my August call for repairs. I was informed that a Ramiro would be contacting me to set up a time to come and inspect the damage. Ramiro came to the property on 22 October, we showed him the paperwork from our insurance company that shows that Salazar was paid for steel gauge siding, yet we have vinyl siding on our house. Ramiro informed us that Mr. Salazar had sent him down to look at the property, he took some measurements, and told us that he would turn the documents into Mr. Salazar. On the 29th of October approximately my husband contacted Ramiro, because we had not heard anything from anyone to that point. Ramiro informed us that the office was closed due to the ice storm. On 3 November I contacted the Yukon office because I had not heard from them from the inspection completed by Ramiro. I spoke to Miguel, when I informed him that my insurance company had paid Salazar for Steel siding he was a little surprised that I knew that and asked me to provide him with the document that I had showing that. The document that I have is the ALLCAT – which I am sure that Salazar was provided a copy. I sent Miguel, at [email protected] in the afternoon, at 4:00pm that afternoon, my husband called and asked to speak to Mike. He was on the phone but was told that he would call us back. He did not. On 4 November, I receive a call from John wanting to come to the house, in order to see what supplies he would need. On 5 November he did show up, quickly walked around, and we agreed on Monday, 9 November for Salazar to come back out to make the repairs. No time was agreed upon. 9 November 2020, at 1000hrs no one from Salazar has shown up at our house. I called John at 10:15 and the call was sent to voicemail. If they had used the appropriate material (ie steel siding) like they were paid for, I do not believe I would be experiencing these problems. There is no decking where the siding is, so there is only the support posts and black backing for the siding to be secured to. Preston, Gary and Chris Cates with Tornado Strong constantly pointed this out, so they already knew it was a problem. They were hoping I would shell out more money to have them put plywood up. Which they constantly pointed out to me throughout the whole process. We never lost any of the steel siding that was on before. Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

Homes in Lawton built before 1990, or those surrounded by mature trees, often need gutter repairs. If you notice sagging gutters, water stains on siding, or frequent basement dampness, your property likely needs attention. Houses near Wolf Creek or in neighborhoods with heavy stormwater runoff especially benefit from timely repairs and upgraded rainwater management to prevent ongoing drainage problems.

Helpful?

Gutter repair in Lawton safeguards your foundation from shifting due to clay soil and helps prevent basement flooding during heavy rain. Well-maintained gutters reduce mold risk and improve storm drainage, making your yard more usable. Upgrades like gutter guards also keep pests away and enhance air quality, boosting your home’s comfort and value in Lawton’s unpredictable weather.

Helpful?

New Lawton homeowners should begin with a thorough inspection for hail or wind damage, especially after storm season. Clean gutters to remove debris, repair any leaks or sagging, and install gutter guards to handle local leaf buildup. Consider adding downspout extensions and upgrading to seamless gutters for better rainwater management, ensuring your home is protected from Lawton’s frequent storms.

Helpful?

In Lawton, gutter repairs can influence your home’s rainwater management and storm drainage. Poorly functioning gutters may lead to water pooling near foundations, affecting HVAC units or causing basement moisture. If your home has overhead electrical lines or sits on shifting clay soil, address gutter issues promptly to prevent water intrusion and protect both structural and mechanical systems.

Helpful?

For a smooth gutter repair in Lawton, schedule work for early spring or fall to avoid peak storm and tornado seasons. Check if your neighborhood has HOA guidelines, and select seamless gutters or gutter guards that withstand hail and high winds common in the area. Confirm timing with your contractor to avoid weather delays, and plan for any necessary inspections to keep your project on track.
