They always treated us fairly. They had to come back because we had some damages. Their work ethic was good. It was a fairly new product at that time which was 3 or 4 years ago. We had some problems with the installation. The company sent representatives down but they had to do it twice and they did. It was a new product and some of our problems that we encountered were not their fault. They thought the young guy that was trained and went to school to learn how to apply this material knew what he was doing and according to the manufacturer, he didn't. They stood behind it and fixed. They always came whenever I would call with a problem. We've had three problems and if they didn't get it right this time, I would look for somebody else in the future.

They arrived on time and worked hard. They did a good job of cleaning up.

First impressions are not always an indication of how things will go with a contractor, but I must say from beginning to end, I was impressed and satisifed with Robbins Services.

The sales representative, Sean D., was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly - always available to answer any questions or concerns. He always answered his phone, or promptly returned my calls throughout the project.

Since many homes in our neighborhood had roofs replaced as a result of recent storms, and since I am retired and able to observe several other roofing contractors working in the neighberhood, I am able to see the difference in how things are done. This really convinced me that we made the right choice when we decided to use Robbins. The crew that worked on our house respected our property, did a good job and cleaned up their mess. They were prompt, polite and you could tell that they knew their business (not their first rodeo).

I am not easily pleased, but I can truthfully say, that, I'm very satisfied and would'nt hesitate to recommend Robbins for a roofing project.

Did a great job with the actual work and was ontime etc. The first 2 appointments to get someone to come out took some additional follow up from me but that may have been due to the large volume of damaged roofs they had.
They had a gutter guy that took care of the gutters with little/no effort on my part, overall I would use them again as I trust the work they do.
Note: They did catch 2 smaller items the insurance guy missed and was sure to get them added, they also took care of my deductible.

They had done the roof previously the year before and then we had a bad hail storm and they had to come back the next year and do it again. I was happy with their service. I like the way the roof looks. They came back for a couple of things I found. The first time there were a lot of nails in the yard and the guy came back with his little machine and took care of all of that. It was great. I called several different ones and their pricing was good.

We were very pleased with their work. Their pricing wasn't the best, but they really offered better service than the ones who offered a better price. They were very nice people. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We are quite satisfied with the roofing and the gutters that they put up. We didn't have to pay anything. Our home owners paid. They were responsive, punctual and professional.

We signed a contract for the roof in June and they replaced it in November. They were booked up to that point. They told me since I have a flat roof it went to their commercial side instead of the residential. We have a story and a half. As far as the flat roof work went, they put a Dura-Last roof on and that was great. We are still dealing with them because of the shingles. I have a mansard roof which means that it is flat on top and it angles out, the angle part has shingles on it and I still have to call them to come out and finish fixing the shingles that keep falling off the side. My last call was three weeks ago and I still have not seen anyone. They sound very nice on the phone but they have not come to fix it. This would be the third time that they would be coming out to do it. They respond to me when I call, it is just getting an actual crew out here. They are not responsive as far as the work goes. I would balance that against what they did on putting the Dura-Last roof on. The price was acceptable - we had another bid and it was $25,000. I would not consider using them in the future.

Completed roofing in one day and completed gutter replacement about 1 week later. People arrived when they said they would and were courteous

They did an estimate and emailed me the quote. We had a major hail storm in May. By the time we got everything approved it was so hot out I wanted to wait for it to cool down to hire someone to do the work.

Everything went well until after the job was complete. I paid him from my own funds so he wouldn't have to wait on the insurance check to go to my mortgage co., etc. edtc. Later there was a bad tear discovered by an insurance adjuster that the roofers had tried to repair with tar instead of a new shingle. I called him and told him pof the problem. I also sent him photos of the damage as he requested. He stated he was out of town working but would be back in a few days and would contact me to set a time he could come and inspect the problem personally. Since then I have not heard from him nor have I been able to reach him at his listed number. I get a recording that says this number is unreachable. It has been a monthe now with no contact with him. I have to assume he has left the area, went out of business, changed his nuumber or something.

The experience went well and we had to have guttering too. It was good follow up. The clean up was good, they ran the magnet out there. I don't have any quarrels with him; I'd probably use them again.
