After this, on at least two occasions, he said he would be there and never showed or called or responded to my text. In the meantime, it went from a leak to running even rougher and water running out and flooding our floor. I texted him. I sent pictures and videos. He never responded. He never came back. He never fixed it. We had to buy a new washer. I would not use Atkins. It was a mistake. He did not fix it. He did not stand by his work. He did not respond multiple times. However, he did cash our check quickly."
